FLEET MARKET. A market for meat and vegetables off the west side of Farringdon-street, and removed Nov.20th, 1829, to its present site from the very centre of Farringdon-street immediately over Fleet Ditch, where it had stood since Sept.30th 1737, on the removal of the Stocks Market, that the present Mansion House might be erected in its place.
