BIBLIOGRAPHY

The following is a simple bibliography, covering most of the sources used, up to the present time, to find extracts for this site. In some cases I own the original manuscript, in others I have borrowed quotes from anthologies and academic works:- this is the reason why pagination details are rare, except in the FULL TEXT documents. In general, I would recommend any serious scholars to check material on this site against an original copy, although every effort has been made to avoid errors.

Books which are available in their entirety on this site are marked "FULL TEXT". To find all references to a particular book on this site, enter the author's name into the search engine. I have also provided links below - click on the numbers at the end of each citation.

For full bibliographic details for these titles, I suggest checking the British Library (www.bl.uk) and/or Library of Congress (www.loc.gov) catalogues.
